Our team had the incredible opportunity to launch the Bona Furtuna brand, bridging the rich flavors of Sicily with the vibrant market of San Francisco. This was more than just a product launch—it was a journey which began with Extra virgin olive oil and expanded to tomato sauces and sea salts as our partnership continued. From collaborating with co-founder Steve Luczo, to visiting the farm and working alongside the team in Sicily, we learned about the land and what makes every product that comes from it so special.
After working closely with the talented branding team in New York and developing expertise in the world of import and distribution, we partnered with one of the greatest home retail stores, Williams Sonoma, to launch the products in their catalogs and ultimately on the store shelves. Bona Furtuna is as passionate about philanthropy and giving back as it is about producing the best Italian products, with a percentage of all sales going to back to the Sicily community.

Kelley O’Brien Events is a female-founded and run business, so when Furtuna Skin invited us to help with their Bay Area launch we couldn’t have been more thrilled to jump in and support another female-founded brand. We have had the pleasure of watching the La Furtuna Estate grow from its inception, starting with EVVO and salts to the diverse, thriving business it is today, including a wide range of gourmet foods, and two distinct health care clean beauty lines. Selby’s in Redwood City was the perfect gathering place for all the skin care enthusiasts who were treated to mini facials, delicious lunch and a fabulous Furtuna swag bag!

We executed the Bay Area launch party for Bambini Furtuna, bringing together co-founders Agatha Relota Luczo and world-renowned pediatrician, Dr. Alan along with a group of health-savvy mom’s and press!
Lively conversations focused on how Bambini was founded and the benefits of the medicinal herbal ingredients found on the La Furtuna Estate. The guests also enjoyed a delightful lunch at Camper, Menlo Park, which included a sampling of Bona Furtuna edible delights.
